How do I register?
Click 'Register' on the homepage and enter your email and password.
How do I open a supplier account?
Select 'Supplier' in the registration form. You'll need to upload your company information and tax certificate.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page to send a reset link to your email.
Products & Suppliers
How do I list a product?
From your supplier dashboard, go to 'My Products' → 'Add New Product'.
How many products can I add?
10 products with Starter plan, 50 with Pro, unlimited with Enterprise.
Can I upload product images?
Yes, you can upload up to 5 images per product.
Subscription & Payment
How long does the free trial last?
You can use the Starter plan for free for 6 months from the date of opening your account.
How do I make a payment?
Make a bank transfer to the company IBAN and then send a payment notification via the dashboard.
When does the subscription become active?
Your subscription is activated immediately after the admin approves your payment notification.
Communication & Quotes
How do I contact a supplier?
Use the 'Send Message' button on the supplier or product page.
What is an RFQ (Request for Quote)?
A request form created to receive quotes from multiple suppliers for a product you need.
How do I create an RFQ?
Click 'Request Quote' in the top menu to create a new quote request.
